Lameloise


Three generations of the Lameloise family have brought life to this former post house renowned for the quality of the hospitality but above all for its unique table. The present chef and owner- Jacques Lameloise- perpetuates the talent and gastronomic standards of his father- Jean- and his grandfather- Pierre- who- back in the 1920s- spoke out against -the wretched modern feasts where weakened stomachs are shocked by dishes of high caliber-. Times have changed- but the challenge remains the same- to make our stomachs more intelligent- thanks to creations such as scallops cooked -a la plancha- with a green apple jus and hazelnut croustillant.
