Does not hold standards of a five star hotel.
Very bad service. Requested several times a non smoking room and they did not provide. Coudn’t breathe at all plus holes (many!!) at the sheets. Was humiliating! They do not offer 24/7 room service.

An excellent Business Hotel
This hotel was very accomodating to its guests! It was also very convenient to both shopping and the Christmas Market. A pleasant experience.
