Understaffed, large complex, little businees. Great setting and decor; poor service and attitudes by staff.

Nice
The hotel was nice, great view of the river from my room. Breakfast was a bit spartan, especially on the weekend.

Not returning
Desk staff were indifferent during our best contacts. Acted like I was an interloper. I’m accustomed to being greeted with a smile, not total indifference.
