Hotel and grounds are very clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful.
If you’re an out of towner, location of the hotel is great for a football weekend (ASU vs USC) Hotel has its own free shuttle to SunDevil stadium. The made to order b"fast is a great value too.

Have stayed there many times, it is the best.
Hotel staff is professional and friendly.Attention to detail is paramount. Hotel is clean, well maintained. Rooms are superb.

Just say no
This Embassy location DOES NOT deserve the right to be called an Embassy Suite. The rooms were so out dated and my room had an old smell to it (I think it was the carpet). The halls were dirty, walls needed painting, ice machine did not have ice.. I have stayed at Embassy hotels before and this was by far the worst location ever. I requested to change to the Scottsdale location which was about 10min up the street (well worth the drive) and much nicer. I requested to speak to the Manager at this location prior to my checking out and she never left her office to acknowledge my request. She chose to communicate with me through the front desk representative which to me was very insulting. I am in the process of writing a letter to the Hilton Corporate Office to advise them of it. All in all, if you’re not paying for this trip, you are going for business and you probably won’t be in your room too often, then go ahead stay here. If you are looking for great service, excellent views, golfing, shopping, nice atmosphere and all the other glitz you would expect from an Embassy Suits location... then this is NOT what you are looking for. RUN!!!!!!
