Not Impressed
On the first visit the heater did not work and we had to change rooms. That was ok since I had asked for a non smoking room in the first place. On the return trip we were given a room already occupied. So once again we had to change rooms. At least this time it was a non smoking room. At 8:00 am someone starting working in the maintenance room and the pounding woke us up before we were ready.
