Could do better
Room rates reasonable, staff friendly and location good, but this hotel badly needs some updating. My mattress had a spring sticking out - we were tired so I flipped the mattress over and tried to make the best of it, but woke up stiff and sore. The staff moved us to another room for our second night, but the beds still were not the best. Definitely a ’Budget’ hotel.

not impressed
arrived from overnight flight with baggage. was not allowed to check in to be assigned a room until 3:00 pm. hotel would not store luggage to allow me to leave the premisses as i was on foot & did not want to lug all of my belongings. i sat in a chair in lobby where construction was going on. when finally given my room, the tv was not operable. it took an employee 3 or 4 trips before finding a tv that worked only to find it would not operate by the hand held controls and could only reach channels by going up & down through all channels. the location was very good but the hotel and service was very poor.

easy access to bus station where I could use tour busses & sight seeing busses (hop on hop off) to reach interesting places to see.
