pretty good
it was a pleasant trip to Florence. The hotel is very good located - 5 minutes from the center and all interesting places. The concierge service was very good, friendly and warm. the only one fact is bother us - it is very bad sound isolation. Every night we know what is doing our neighbors from the left, right, above and down.

Hotel Pierrer
Very helpful and friendly staff, they went out of their way with my daughter. Breakfast was sufficient. Excellent location to pretty much everything. Very nice and clean hotel. Our only complaint was that the bed was as hard as a rock.
