Creature Comforts!
The hotel is located in a lovely residential(albeit graffitt-riddled section of town (I understand the graffiti artists are generally a plague in this beautiful city). Our room was small, spotlessly clean, functional--no plush frills. But it had the biggest/nicest shower we had on our trip and the AC actually worked! We were going to skip breakfast but it turned out to be a veritable banquet we couldnt pass up! Again, best of our trip. If youre looking for charm the Milano Corso is not your place. If, on the other hand, youre wanting a quiet, comfortable stay at a reasonable price, I highly recommend you stay here.
Traveler's tip on dining
We just overnighted in Milan before flying home the next morning (Monday). Be forewarned that there are very few restaurants open on Sunday evening--a grave disappointment on our last day in Italy! Have your big meal earlier in the day.

Basic Room, Great Value
We stayed at this hotel for one night and it worked great. We were a little tight for space with 2 adults and 2 kids, but for a clean basic place to stay with breakfast included it suited us perfectly. It was about a 10 minute walk to the underground and easy to get around from there. I would stay there again, but for 2 nights max with 4 in a room.
We went to the Duomo area- very crowded and touristy and a lot of people watching you to bug you to buy things. Had some guys grab our 2 year old by the wrist and put a bracelet on him while I yelled NO THANK YOU, PLEASE NO! And then they wanted money. It was not scary, but very agressive and unnerving. Keep your hands in your pockets on your wallet at all times!

Good location, awesome free breakfast, clean
The hotel is in the Navigili district of Milan. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and cafes nearby. We felt safe walking at night and Milan in general is a very clean city (unlike Rome). It is onyl a few blocks to the underground. The breakfast is amazing! Clean hotel.
