Great Call
The hotel was in a great location to get to many of the "must see" attractions. Great dining only steps away The room was much larger than we were expecting for a European hotel Great Service The staff spoke very good English

Mixed feelings
My wife and I have just returned from a vacation. Hotel has met all our expectations except one, which may be common for all European hotels: lack of hospitality. This has surprised us a lot! Just pay attention to personnel at the reception desk and in the breakfast hall, and you would also notice it: no one would face you for a greeting or just a simple smile – little things but make your day gloomier. May be we here in Americas (USA, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, etc.) are spoiled with cordiality and smiling faces, but I would prefer even fake smiles and pretended attention to plain faces and inattentive behavior from a hotel personnel. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly maintained - clean and cozy: notice the heater grill that makes the bath towel warm for your morning shower, bidet with a fresh towel above – again, little things but make your day brighter. Location…you can’t wish for any better: short distance to any popular sightseeing - we walked everywhere including Borghese Galleria and Vatican. Enjoy your stay!
Going to Rome this time of the year has a benefit of getting to everywhere without long lines and reservations. The only reservation we made was one day in advance for Borghese Galleria. The longest wait was 30 min. to get to Uffizi in Florence, otherwise, it was 1-5 min. waiting time to popular sightseeing in Rome and Florence.

Romes best hotel for price and location
Awesome hotel; in walking distance to all major attractions. Trevi Fountain is in the next building at the opposite end of the alley. Our room was nicely furnished, with high celings, was very clean and spacious, and had two windows. Shower was rather cramped, but the water pressure was great. We were worried that we would get two twin sized beds stuck to together, but that was not the case. Instead we got 1 king size bed, which was not very soft. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus! It included: eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, ham and a wide assortment of breads and cheeses. Breakfast was served at 7:00 AM which gives you enough time to eat before you head out on any tours. Internet service was 5 Euros per hour, and was a major let down! Aside from being painfully slow; we could not e-mail, the computer would freeze and kick us back to the log in screen, and there was no printer available. If you plan to use the internet, we recommend you bring your own lap top, and take it to the nearest cafe or restaurant that offers free wifi. The staff was very attentive and helpfull with answering any question we had. We would definitely stay there again!
To save money, we strongly recommend the grocery store directly across the hotel, snacks and drinks tripple in price when you buy them next to major tourist locations. Also arrange for the hotel to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, it will save you money and it is more spacious and comfortable. Beware of the pizza shops, pizza is never fresh.
