Not very happy
When I arrived in my room, I immediately looked for a book that would give you suggestions on restaraunts in the area, directions for their phones, etc. I checked all drawers and there was none to be found. I tried calling my friends in another room which I could not reach, so then I called 0 in hopes to reach the front desk. After that failed, I tried "1" out of desperation. I eventually went down the front desk to ask them about this. I was informed that "0" reaches an outside line and to reach the desk I need to dial "9". This hotel is far away from places to eat or drink. There are no vending/ice machines in the hotel. I went down to the bar to purchase some bottled water. After two trips to the desk to ask about the bar, I was informed that the person must be in the bathroom and they would be there shortly. After about 10 minutes of waiting I decided on water from the bathroom to quench my thirst. I did return to that bar a couple times that weekend to find it was still vacant.

I would go back
Hotel Regent is one of the best hotels I have ever been in Europe. The room is large and comfortable as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is full and of good quality.
Good hotel for the family. The inconvinient is that the nearest metro station is a lond walking distance from the hotel (aprox. 2km)., but Bus 910 stops at Piazza Euclide where the hotel is located.

Its a good hotel to stay in Rome
This hotel has been very successful in the past. But, needs a reform in their rooms to improve the comfort of the guests.
