Convenient but Dated

Hotel Barocco is very typical of many European hotels. The rooms are small, noisy, and somewhat dated - but the location is very convenient (& close to a metro stop). The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was average - typical European buffet.

An "ok" hotel

The location was good, the hotel was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, but the twin beds and small shower stalls were not to our liking.

Great choice for location, service and value in Rome

This was our second visit to Rome. Hotel was a nice little gem in a great part of the city- easy to walk to major attractions. Room was comfortable, good size, and well maintained. Breakfast included was the best buffet of any European hotel we’ve visited. They don’t have an on-site restaurant, but there are plenty to choose from in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked the car they arranged to take us to the airport- and it cost us less than taxi fare. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
