Very convenient to Kansai Airport
Very nice hotel with direct access to Rinku town train station, Rinku premium outlet mall and has free shuttle service to Kansai International Airport. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to/from KIX airport and needing a place to stay. We used it as a one night stay while picking up and dropping off family members from the airport and were very impressed. Also, they were able to give us an English road map of Osaka and good driving directions to Universal Studios Japan. The hotel staff was pleasant and very accomadating.

Good location, very near the Airport and good view !
Breakfast buffet is poor, specially fruit and salad is not enough for the price. They have facility of Fitness run by other company, but they open 9:00am, it doesn’t work for us, we would start work out around 6:00am or 7:00am.

Great place to stay when traveling in/out of Osaka airport
The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle very easy to use. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast room staff was especially nice and accommodating.

Lovely, but---
The only breakfast available early in the a.m. was a $20 buffet. The little hotel cafe didn’t open until mid-morning. Washington Hotel next door has a $10 breakfast buffet. The airport is the only other option, nearby. Room coffee cost $3/cup! All hotels where we stay don’t charge for room coffee. The wash toilet stopped "washing" when morning arrived. Room size was minimal for three adults. Otherwise, for an expensive stopover, Ana Gate Tower is fine. If you don’t arrive at KIX late or have to leave very early, take the limousine bus to your nearby city destination: Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, etc.

Good clean reasonable hotel close to the airport
Close to the airport. Comfortable. Reasonable. Take the complementary hotel shuttle to and fro from the airport as the cab ends up being steep for the distance.

NOT IMPRESSED
Proximity to the Kansai Airport and the rate for 3 person are the only redeeming features. Restaurants are highway robberies. Despite having a confirmed reservation for 3 including breakfast. Have to insist on this with a printed copy of the confirmation. Never happened with any other hotel reserved through Expedia.

Good value
For Australians having the one night stop over en-route to Sapporo - this hotel is fine. Relatively cheap, basic and clean.
