Not bad
The hotel is older but is kept in pretty good shape when ever we needed something the staff was quick to respond and friendly.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke
We booked a non-smoking room but the room we were given reeked of smoke when we arrived. Luckily, the weather in Spokane is almost always nice enough to open the windows, so we let it air out for a bit and then it was fine. We also had some difficulty with the temperature in the room - it was either freezing or way too hot. Other than those 2 difficulties, the stay was good. The bed was comfy and the free breakfast was nice.

I am not too impressed
The day we arrived to the hotel it stunk like smoke, eventhough it is a non-smoking place. The smell finally cleared the following day. My kids tried to use the pool, but we were told by other kids that had just walked out that it was freezing, so I told the girl at the front desk, and they had it fixed. We had three room, and so our keycards kept getting demagnetized, I could never figure that one. We had to keep going to the front desk to have them remagnetized. One of the rooms was very dirty, but we were too tired to complain, and to try to change to another room.
