not impressed
when we arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have our reservation and blamed it on expedia, which was not accurate--they just misplaced it. The room was clean, but it was for handicap person. So, the shower leaked onto the floor and the the corner tile was loose and falling off near the floor. Service was ok overall--everything was ok, basically. For the price, it was just ok.

Very basic hotel
Expedia promised a third floor suite. We got a 1st floor basic room, and that was all that they had because of a wedding and several events going on in Holland. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the waffles offered on the weekends were removed during the weekdays. Breakfast got old fast. The beds need improvement but the pillows were great. The bottled water in the workout room tasted as if they refilled it with tap.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Boondock’s is fun but expensive, Holland state and Tunnel park are beautiful but far, Dutch Village is walking distance and has lots of historical value. My favorite place was walking on 8th and 9th streets in downtown Holland. Going south on hwy 31 to the Fennville exit and visiting the beaches on the west and Fennville on the east was great, too. They have a WOW Children’s Museum in Fennville that is great. Stop by Cranes for great U-Pick fruit and the Cranes Restaurant for awesome food.

Great location
The hotel was clean. My family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the location was great.
