Would probably use again
There was a wresling convention going on when my girlfriends and I showed up for the short one night stay we had planned to see a concert at Verizon. It was quite crowded because of this and at times a little louder than you would expect it to be but the staff did a great job making sure everyone there was comfortable. Great Staff!

When you make a reservation ask if there are any conventions going on in the hotel with this and all hotel... just good to know.

Good location and best hotel in University area! Would recommend!
Arrived real late and they gave me a room with a great view, Front desk was helpful with making copies for me and stapling a few docs! Room was comfortable and there were plenty of drinking and eating options on the lake! When in the University area of Charlotte I would stay again!
Traveler's tip on dining
Go to Boardwalk Billys! I helped opened the place like 7 years ago and they still are doing well! Just mention that you know Joey Big Big!(Amber, Clint, Jenny, Ian) They will smile at you and probally buy you a free round or 2 if your at the bar. If you wnat like chicken wings...go to the grand prominade across the street..the place is called Paccasios...they have the BEST MEDIUM wings the the world...evan is a good bartender and they will show you a good time

Clean and Comfortable
Check in was quick and and was in our room within minutes. Everyone very nice and would go out of their way to help. Continental breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Would stay again.
