We did not get to check in until late and they left this huge carpet cleaner in the room along with other cleaning supplies and there was no one at the front desk to pick it up. The next morning a cleaning lady woke us up at 6 am to get all of her supplies back.

Cheap, no frills hotel in a convenient location
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for its location - it’s very conveniently close to Old Town, public transport to the city and the beach. There are plenty of stores and restuarants in the area if you don’t want to go far. Fashion Valley Mall was a short drive away for some serious shopping. The hotel itself is on the lower end of places where we normally stay but it really wasn’t so bad. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. If you’re not spending all your time inside then it shouldn’t be a problem at all but if you expect more than this isn’t the place for you. Our light over the sink and TV remote didn’t work and we reported it to management who were very friendly but it never got fixed. For the price we knew not to expect too much but it was $20 a night less from another place we stayed down the street and saving was more a priority this time and we were satisfied.
