Not 5 star, but still good
We stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s a good hotel, but I wouldn’t classify it as "five star". The bathroom was cramped, the TV was an older, large tube model with a clunky remote and poor in-room video service. The in-room safe was cumbersome to use because the desk was so close to the cabinet the safe was in, the door would hit. This hotel seems to exist primarily to serve the people at the Kuwaiti embassy across the street. On the positive side, the location was excellent and the bed was large and comfortable.

Great location and right next door to Harvey Nichols and Harrods
Loved our stay, we were right next door to Hyde Park and great shopping including Harvey Nichols and Harrods, there were lots to do and just a short walk through the Park you reach Shepherd Market street and there is lots of pubs and restaurants right behind Hilton Hotel, if you like to try different kind of food try to eat at Al Hamra restaurant. It is also close to all this incredible museums.

bring comfortable shoes and lots of money they speak pounds like if it was dollars.

My stay in Sheraton Park Tower
During my visit to London i decided to stay in Sheraton Park Tower because of its location and the feedback from other visitors The hotel in general is nice but the one disadvantage thing that I noticed the bathroom towels they dont replace them every time they do housekeeping in the room
