All superficial
The website looks great, but the hotel is set back from the street, very crowded, not people friendly. Service was poor-the reception people did not speak English well and actively avoided dealing with us. The location is within walking distance of the city center and interesting tourist locations, but that’s its only good point.

excellent hotel
Although I booked this hotel over the internet,it was excellent in every way.Staff was very helpful esp. directing us to their parking lot which was a few blocks away.It was close to Seville’s main attractions,we saw everything on foot.Breakfast at the hotel was really good,lot of variety and rooms were very spacious and comfortable.Can’t wait to go back.

One downside was,though internet was available,there is a charge by the minutes.

I had an issue with my reservation and the staff was very rude and unhelpful in trying to figure it out.
