Nice place for the price - great value!
I needed a budget hotel, and this place was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they had newer carpet in the rooms, it would be fabulous deal.

Not 3 Star
Expedia rates this hotel as 3 star. On the outside it is clean appears upgraded and well maintained. On the inside the carpets were filthy. The furniture chipped and our room had this "lived in" smell, not freshly cleaned smell you expect when you go to a hotel. The windows were almost pulled apart which made me nervous, however I am familiar with the area and I know it is in a safe neighborhood. The shower and the tub ran at the same time. The beds were comfortable, but the condition of the room made me nervous about sleeping in it. If I thought we’d be spending more time in the room I would’ve called expedia and asked for a different hotel. I can say the staff was really friendly.
Eat at Ottavios. The food is delicious and they’ve been a staple in the community for years.
