Pick the right room
I booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and one for my 18 and 17 year old sons. I requested a king bed in one room and twin beds in the other. Our king room was on the 4th floor and was excellent. A small sitting room, huge hot tub and a great view of the town. My sons room was on the 3rd floor, was tiny and looked out to other rooms and the elevators. The tub was the smallest tub I have ever seen; maybe 3 feet long. It was only for one night, so it wasn’t bad. Our room was fantastic and was great. The boys room, not so good. The staff were great and consquently I would thoroughly recommend it.

Great location
Great location and very nice rooms and bar. A bit pricey but we found everything in this are a bit more than other places. We were very happy with our stay there.
Traveler's tip on dining
La Luna....great, actually went back to it when we passed through Puntas Arenas a second time. Also great little coffee shop called Chocolatte a couple of blocks from hotel.

Good place to stay
I liked the hotel, but the food in the restaurant was not to my taste.
