Superb Location and close to all amenities
The location of the hotel is great. Close to Milan central station. 10mts away from the Metro and bus stops. And a cple of restaurants around

ac running, but little air to show for it
hotel is very close to central train station. The AC wasn’t running when we got into our room, so we asked the desk clerk about it. He would "turn the switch when he got time." They did send a maintenance man up to check on the 2nd room, since it wasn’t working. It still shut off around midnight and was very hot in that room. The double had a very nice shower. Only a walkway around the bed. The triple had an open shower and was okay. Plenty of room for 3 to spread out. We only spent one night and loved the closeness to the metro.

Value for the money
That looks like a family hotel, not too old, but, I would say, certainly required a face-lifting. Still it’s ~10 meters away from the lake and have it’s parking. No air-conditioner.
