Great Location!
Found it easy to get around to the Skytower and harbour tours. Staff were great. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and very accessible
The hotel was centrally located and was conveniently located near the heart of city and the wharf area. Everything was within walking distance or bus connections. The vehicle valet service was also a great service. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. Only, one complaint, however, is that we never got our phone messages even though the lights were blinking on the phone and on the TV. When we called the desk, they indicated we had no messages. We had missed some very important Stateside calls from California. Magically, the next day, the tv monitor indicated that we had several calls (however the message was now a day late).
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Use the local transportation system. It took us to all the venues we wanted to see for very little cost. Use the Auckland guide books. Many wonderful suggestions for things to do and see. Some discounts included.

Excellent value in central location
The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were quite nice. The location, just a block from the sky tower and right at an "Airbus" stop, is ideal. The only downside is that there is no gym/pool at the hotel, so you have to go to the YMCA, which is about a 10 minute walk.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Try to get a room facing the Sky Tower. Not only do you get to see the tower, but all the "sky jumpers" that jump from the tower every 5 or 10 minutes.

Middle of everything, Comfortable stay
The hotel was right in the middle of downtown! Not absolute luxury, but very comfortable. Would stay here again.
