Would never return
This hotel was pretty terrible. It is run down, bad food, bored annoyed staff, poorly designed, not very clean...we would never return and actually complained mutliple times when we were there. I have no idea how it has such a high rating, it is like a cheap roadside motel in terms of comfort and cleanliness, even the famous heavenly bed (which are normally great) was not how it is supposed to be. The hallway carpets are filthy, you cannot watch TV from bed, the couch in the room was dirty, the bathroom was very basic with just soap and a couple of scratchy towels. There are no towels at the pool and it is pretty run down. The manager told me he knew it was horrible and that they were doing a huge reno this fall. My advice -do not stay here.

Le Westin Resort & Spa - A Bust!!
Very disappointing for a 4/5 Star Hotel! Check in was slow. One person handling 5 different parties trying to register for our stay. Pool was also a let down as there were no cushions for the lounge chairs. For this type of hotel, they should offer cushions! Food was fair while prices were a bit on the high side for the offering!
Great for families with young kids, especially in the summer. The mountain has lots for kids to do.

can’t wait to go back
We only stayed one night but the service and the one bedroom suite was incredible and so were the views! We chose this hotel specifically because it was pet-friendly but I’d go back any time, pet or no pet.
