My impression
The staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress in my room had an indentation but wasn’t too bad. One of the pillow cases had old mascara on it so I just didn’t use that one. The bathroom/area was always very clean.
This is not the place for you - too much driving to get to family places. A great place for a business travelor if your business is in the area.

Great Place to Stay & Shop
The hotel was one exit from Concord Mills Mall, very clean, and breakfast was great. Even got to sleep in - checkout was at noon. We will definitely return to shop some more!
