Can’t wait to go back
Location, location, location!!. Easy access to all restaurants & places to visit. Has two good pools (outside and inside ) + exercise room. Rooms were very clean with very confortable beds. My family had a great time and we’ll definitely go back.

Disappointing, Not very pleasant
Never used the hot tub because it looked and smelled dirty. Rooms and outdoor pool area kind of run down and neglected looking, but fairly clean. Hot tub and pools always full of unattended kids although sign posted on hot tub said no children under 16. AC in room was broken (one speed) and made loud high-pitched noise that kept us awake, no wireless internet service, bathroom door would not open or close, toilet would not flush, noisy guests above us. Instead of sending maintenance to check the toilet and AC, maid got us a plunger. Work staff very friendly and tried to be accomodating. When we asked desk person about changing rooms, were told it would cost more for a smaller room, although we were already being charged the higher "King suite" rate and were basically blown off. We stuck it out and made the best of it. Just didn’t spend much time at hotel. Beautiful, clean beaches and lots of cool things to see and do within a 30 minute drive in any direction. I think the pictures on the website might have been taken several years ago. Not some place we would stay again or recommend. Sorry.

close to attractions
OK hotel, clean....close to shopping, attractions, small seating area with microwave and fridge. Overall stay was fine.
