Bang for Buck
Some might be shocked by its spartan accoutrement but hotel is clean, quiet, and secure. Staff is helpful and efficient. If youre looking for Kensington convenience you cant beat Eden Plazas location, and its CHEAP.

2.5 stars? What a joke!
If this hotel is what Expedia calls 2.5 stars I shudder to think what a 1 star hotel is like. I can get past the tiny room with barely enough space to walk around the beds. But the toilet did not flush properly and the sink did not drain. The room was filthy, from many marks on the walls, mold on the bath tiles, to stains on the chair seat and gouges in the desktop. We complained the next morning and were moved to a better room where at least it was cleaner. The hotel sits at the intersection of two very busy streets so be prepared for tons of street noise. No air conditioning and impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the street noise. The hotel staff was surly at best. Watch out for the tears in the carpet in the hallways...a true trip hazard. I would NEVER stay there again and truly wanted to warn others. I wish this review had been on the site before I booked my trip!

Good Hotel. A few issues, but dont stay away
This Hotel is in a great location across fromt he natural history museum, and a short walk to two tube stations. The rooms are small, if you book a single, it will be a single. The bathroom is small, but functional. I hope they will update the bathroom fixtures. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, but nothing to worry about, a bit of spackle and its fixed. The people were great, they knew me and had my key ready when I came through the door. Again, not bad for the price, if you want luxury, dont stay here, but if you want a room to get out of the weather in a good location, this place will suffice.
