Located in a quiet area, where most other hotels are. Very helpful stuff!

Surprise!
While the room was utilitarian, it was certainly adequate. The surprise was the dining room offering excellent service, a great menu, and delicious food. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, Hotel Thon offered more than it needed to.

Good luck actually getting to the hotel...
Would not recommend this hotel. Arrived at Brussels Airport, went to the shuttle pick-up area, waited for 30 minutes, no shuttle arrived. Finally went to the arrivals hotel/telephone wall, called hotel, they sent a taxi for me...the hotel and expedia neglected to reveal that I had to call the hotel to request to be picked up...would’ve been wonderful to know ahead of time. Also, on 2nd stay at this hotel (already knowing that I would have to call ahead for the shuttle), I called for a shuttle, but since it was 23:05 they couldn’t send a shuttle...I ended up paying 15 Euro for a taxi to take me 5 minutes from the airport. The hours of operation for the shuttle are limited, also would’ve been nice to know. Advise you to read the fine print on this hotel, and go with something else.
