Great Place to stay
Have stayed here more than once. Hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly Location to shopping and restaurants is excellent.

Good Hotel
I stayed here while I was in town for a wedding. We weren’t expecting much as we had gotten a pretty good price for the room but we found it to be spacious and clean. The bathroom products were by David’s Gate which is a brand I would buy normally at a store so I was happy with that. The room and the bathroom were much larger than I anticipated. They have no microwave or fridge in the room but you can use the microwave in the lobby where they also sell food and minialcohol. The breakfast looked really good but we never had it, it was a little expensive we thought.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Within a reasonable driving distance from The Plaza in Kansas City. I would say it took us about 10-15 minutes to get back to our hotel after shopping.

most friendlies and helpfulness staff i have seen in a long time.they kept a smile on my face.very nice area and close to every thing i needed.will be staying there again

Clean classy hotel great buffet. Only slight complaint is the sofa was a bit hard

Very nice hotel with friendly employees
Room maid was less than efficient. She cleaned the room while we were in it and did the cleaning in stages. We had to ask for several things that should of already been in the room. She opened the door after I asked her to wait, I was in a stage of undress.
There are not many fast food places close to this hotel and the hotel only serves breakfast

Great time away
Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Overland Park Convention Center was very relaxing. The Hotel staff took care of all our needs and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the quite evening in the courtyard. We look forward to our next stay at a Marriott in the future.

Courtyard by Marriott Overland Park Convention Center
This hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a while. The rooms look like they have been recently remodeled and looked very clean. I will definately be coming back here the next time I head down to Kansas City.

Good overall experience
Good location - easy access. Housekeeping not terribly alert - took the soap and didn’t replace it - ran out of tissue in our room, and other minor snafus. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet very good. Overall a nice experience.

Clean, friendly, comfortable...
I was impressed with the staff at this hotel. Every time I walked through the lobby I was greeted by the front desk. I have stayed here twice, and both times the rooms were clean and comfortable. Lovely sitting area outdoors when the weather is nice. Lobby is very comfortable with TV, fireplace, and couches. Will definately stay here when I come to Kansas City again!

They’ve thought of everything for business travelers. The lobby features small clusters of semi-private meeting spaces with fresh Seattle’s Best Coffee as well as computers with printers. Guest rooms are spacious with deluxe bedding, well-lighted work spaces and a comfortable couch.

Very good experience
My wife and I were in Overland Park for a weekend with family. Almost everything was excellent. The food at breakfast was great, but the dining room was terribly understaffed on a very busy Sunday morning. Everything about our room was superb except that the small couch was not very comfortable. All things considered, I’d grade the hotel an A-.

Courtyard by Marriott Overland Park Convention Center
No mini-fridge in the room but a small "convenience" center next to reception. I purchased the hot breakfast option & thought it was a bargain. It was very clean & convenient for my purposes. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Internet was available at two lacations in the Hotel lobby.
