Good basic motel room
This was a good place to stay on a budget while I visited my son at Chico State University. The "breakfast" consisted of mediocre coffee from an urn and smallish, individually wrapped Danish pastries -- not so good but then this was "free" and the availability of a Starbucks nearby neutralized the pain. No matter, since I hardly ever eat the "free" breakfasts in these budget hotels. The deciding factors are cheap and clean, and this one had both.

breakfast is not very good . the hotel is very close near the road .not quite but the service is very good . and the room is very clean .it is very close near the downtown . not bad

Not Impressed
Although the service was very good, I felt the room was rather crowded. We definitely felt cramped there. Arriving about 6:00pm, we were ready to eat. There was no place near by & we had to get back into the car again, which we didn’t want to do. Breakfast was pretty bare. Only Muffins. I felt it was over-priced for the area & what they had to offer.
