Great Service, felt like home
The Hampton Inn in Charlotte has amazing service, great ambiance and a nice down to earth feel. The fireplace in the seating area and the continuous coffee and tea made for a impeccable stay. I was able to get wireless in the lobby and finish a lot of work while sitting in front of a fireplace with a hot cup of coffee. A++

when she was good, she was reallly good. when she was bad, she was ugly
The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the convention center. The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean upon arrival and I was allowed to check in early, a huge perk. The hot continental breakfast was excellent. Of the 3 days I was there, my room was cleaned once. The shuttle was convenient, but ran late consistently. In fact, standing waiting at a restarurant, the restaurant staff was able to tell me which hotel I was waiting on based on the waiting time. They promised 5-10 min each time, and most were 20-30 min waits.
