Friendly and Helpful
The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from Union Station ran on schedule and was most convenient. The additional bus service provided by the hotel to any location in DC was an additional plus. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and offered variety in choices.

Excellent value for money
The hotel is on the university campus. We did not know that the university is world famous for its education of the hearing- and speech impaired students, so the silence together with the sign language came as a sudden surprise. The university provides a shuttle service to Union station (10 mins) at 20 min intervals. Great service. Breakfast was simple but OK. Strongly recommended
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Library of congress: amazing and unexpected. Arlington cemetery: a shock when we were passed by a horse drawn carriage with a coffin on it. Afghanistan came very close

Good for the price....
Not your typical hotel stay but nice and very comfortable. Hotel personnel were very nice, helpful and accommodating. I loved that there was an available shuttle and friendly drivers.
