I am going back to Chicago and am staying somewhere else this time.
The hotel is doing the best with what they have and are visibly making improvements to services available. The location of the hotel left a lot to be desired. I did not feel comfortable with my children. It is in the middle of a transportation depot. This meant a lot of tractor trailers coming and going at all hours.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and hotel very clean and comfortable. Great deal too. Easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.
