Great Location for Visiting Golfers
The Marine Hotel lived up to its fine reputation for providing comfort on the doorstep of Royal Troon Golf Club, as well as access to other nearby venues and ferry ports. My only complaint was that the front desk neglected to provide a requested wake-up call, though there was an alarm clock available in the room. Most restaurants appear to be driving distance, rather than walking distance, so the hotel restaurant will probably work best for many guest, particularly those planning on enjoying a Tennant’s Lager or three. Highly recommended overall.

Very convenient Golfers hotel
Comfortable accommodations for golfers. Very conveniently located to many golf courses in the Troon area. Good spa and work out facilities. Would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
Must do, dinner one night at the Loch Green House - about a 5 minute drive from the hotel. A dining experience you will remember.
