First Class Hotel - Great Location - Great Staff
I will always try and stay at the Pullman when I go back to Berlin. Very clean and modern, beautiful spa - luxurious hotel on all counts.

Good location
Very good location and very clean. The buffet breakfast is way too expensive... The staff is young and helpful. Nice place to stay.

Hear the monkeys from your window
Very nice hotel at a great location near the Gedachtniskirche (Memorial Church), Berlin Zoo and Zoologischer Garten train/metro hub. Just a few steps from Kurfurstendamm, a main shopping area. The room we booked (Superior) wasn’t very spacious, but clean and convenient. Personel was friendly and most helpful. Too bad their own pool was still under renovation. But the welness area in the Interncontinental across the street was really nice, fortunately!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
For a cheap and simple breakfast of coffee and croissants, go to the little bakery across the street. Great coffee there!
