Nice & Cozy
The only thing I didnt like is that for the breakfast on the picture it seemed like you were getting actual breakfast not bagels and fruit but over all I loved it.

Better than the high-end Upscale Hotels
This is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers. Regardless of who you asked for directions or suggestions of where to go or what to do, they assisted with a smile. I stayed in a double non smoking room with queen sleeper sofa. EXCELLENT!!! The mattresses and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern designed. To add to your comfort, the room has a 42 in HD flat screen tv. The hotel was almost at capacity from race fans, football fans and I believe a conference group that was in town. This hotel may not have the reputation of the upscale hotel chains but the quality far exceeds them. BEST FEATURE OF THIS HOTEL.....THE PRICE. You cannot get this type of service or have such a pleasurable stay anywhere and at a reasonable cost! I will be back. This is NOW my hotel of choice when staying in Charlotte!
