OK Hotel...Location, Location,Location
Best thing about the Hotel is the location. You can walk everywhere. Very good Restaurants within walking distance. The old town, next door. Hotel staff nice, except for Marie(not even french) who wasnt very helpful. We would stay there again, it`s a good bargain

Good Location
This hotel has a great location - just across a park from the sea. Otherwise, don’t have too high of expectations. The lobby was good and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a bit worn. The hotel parking is very close, but it was difficult to get in and out due to tight spaces.

Location, location, location
The Boscolo Park Hotel is just steps away from high-end shopping, lots of restaurants, the beautiful blue Mediterrenean, and the "old" city of Nice. You could not select a better location for a vacation trip to the French Riviera. We walked to everything and the bus stop is one block away to get to the airport and back. The staff were incredibly friendly and everyone spoke English and didn’t look bothered by my butchered attempts at French. This is not a 5 Star hotel, but it is clean, large rooms by European standards, comfortable beds, lovely remodeled bathrooms, and again... location. The only downside was the hairdryer. Ladies - bring one from home or you’ll find yourself drying forever on thie 1980-ish "machine". The staff is also very helpful in setting up day tours or sending you to just the right restaurant for your mood. All in all - a tremendous bargain because of the ... you guessed it... Location.
