I’d like to sleep please....

In a nut shell. Hotel guests out side my window talking and arguing till after 2am. Called the desk to complain no one answered at 10pm. Called again at 10:30 11 12 1 2 nothing was done! NOT A THING! No desk clerk at check out 7am to complain to.

bargain for money...

comfortable room, friendly staff, easy access to grocery store, just not the best side of town...

Not impressed

We requested a non-smoking room. We got a very smelly smoking room with stains on the carpeting. We were happy with the rate; the people were friendly but the room needed a thorough cleaning. We mentioned this when we checked out and received apologies and discount coupons for our next stay.

Great for the price

I have never stayed in an Extended Stay hotel, so wasn’t as prepared as I should have been. I didn’t bring shampoo & conditioner or a hair dryer. The front desk did have shampoo (not conditioner) and a hair dryer (that I had to return to the front desk.) I think this was my fault not being familiar with this type of hotel. The room was clean and we didn’t have any complaints.

Traveler's tip on dining

If you like sports bar / restaurant atmosphere, turn left on 161 and go to Cleveland Ave to a place called Roosters. Great food!

Never going back

The room had poor lighting. Flourescent lights were used and the room was dim. Towels in bathroom had strands of hair on them and the bed sheets themselves had blood stains. Nobody was available to complain to during late hours. It was pretty digusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very pleased with room and staff. Everyone was great.

I have no complaints. I had a great experience.

Basic hotel

We stayed here for OSU graduation weekend. The hotel was hard to find in the dark so don’t forget the directions. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. It was nice having a full size fridge and dishes. There’s a large laundry area also.

There’s a grocery store very close and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very Nice and Quiet Location

Very nice. Its very close to I 71 but unless window is open then you hear no noise. Even with window open its not bad. Quiet in the hotel . Thre is some construction starting on the north side so that may become a noise factor so you may want to ask for a room away from there. The water tank had to be replaced while I was there but they told you when the water would have to be off. Things like that happen and it was off like an hour and then back on.

Giant Eagle is very close so good shopping. Restaurants are so so with mostly fast food places but if you go an exit either way on I 71 the choice is better.

Great kitchen, I knew what to bring

They gave me a smoking room when i showed up, i booked non, the front desk clerck promptly switched room. I knew from my last visit a trip to wal-mart for sponge, dish soap and paper towells iis nessassary for this accomidation. I love what ESA has to offer and location was great!!!

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

buy food at super wal-mart, Giant Egle is a very expensive grocery store in the columbus area.

Not Happy

I requested a non-smoking room which I received, however the bathroom has a vent that is a internal air conditioning unit for the whole hotel and smoke comes through. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said the hotel was built like this and their was nothing they could do. Someone also knocked off the knob to close the vent so it could not be closed. I closed the bathroom door which helps until you have to use the bathroom. The heater in the room did not heat up very warm, I was fortunate that I brought my own comforter and it was not below 30 out.
