They had great customer service.
They had great customer service. They were understanding of my arrival and departure time. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would not mind going back.

Hotel near Kings Island
The hotel is very conveniently located to Kings Island. However, the Continental Breakfast was a disaster, the pool was extremely dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable.
