The Staff is Great!
Couldnt believe how helpful the staff is at this hotel. We stayed at the hotel over a weekend for a wedding. Had some last minute errands to run and the staff went out of their way to help us by offering suggestions for local stores and arranging reservations. Every time we saw them, everyone of the team was smiling and very pleasant. Couldnt have asked for a better team to work with. Great job everyone.

Needs to work on maintenance
My stay was a 2 night stay and I had to visit the front desk 5 times to re-key the room cards. 1st night it took 3 visits to the lobby before resulting in a room change. Other 2 times on the new room, which also did not completely lock when leaving the room unless the door was slammed. A front desk only phone on each floor "lobby" would be a positive approach so a person doesnt need to drag suitcases, etc. to the lobby each time.
Traveler's tip
On your 1st trip back to the lobby, request the hotel provide a new key instead of re-keying old key. And have a hotel representative occupy you back to the room.

Good Hotel
Very nice clean hotel. they provide a very nice breakfast each morning and a surprise offering of food one evening to the guests.
