Would definitely stay there again
Very clean and quiet, staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good - much better than other hotels in this category.

Go to Judy’s Restaurant in Amherst - great food, large portions, decent prices, and the biggest popovers you’ve ever seen!

Comfy cozy
Easy access from Route 9 or Route 116. Front desk receptionist very personable, understanding/empathetic, listened well--seemed genuinely pleased to be there. Room comfortable, had sofa and small kitchenette area; linens and towels clean without smelling of chlorine bleach; most light fixtures had (energy-saving) compact fluorescent bulbs. And it’s QUIET!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Close to the UMass campus; a little bit of a drive to Yankee Candle or historic Deerfield, but all easily accessible: Route 116 is right around the corner, and a back road to the west of the property starts parallel to and then bends to intersect about a mile north of UMass campus.

Very nice hotel
The rooms are large with a comfy sofa bed (great for a child) Room had a refrigerator, microwave and sink which was perfect for snacks. Staff was very accomodating. Daily Continential breakfast was well worth it. Indoor pool is small but very well maintained. Would definitely return.
Great place to stay if you have kids.
