Not the Hotel to Stay At!
This was probably the worst hotel I could have chosen to stay at. If your going into Verona, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Verona is 15 minutes away and it will cost you to get in and out of it. The service was also not good. The manager lady was rude, pushy and mean. She was talking to the other employees about us in front of us. It was horrible. Just because we do not understand all the language doesn’t mean we don’t understand body language and everything else. I knew exactly what she said. Room had 1 outlet. You have to pay for internet connection, and there was a swarm of bees everywhere you went. The ammenities are good, pool, spa, indoor, but this seemed more of an Italy tourist hotel, not American tourist hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If there is an opera do not pay extra to sit in the better levels. The "far" levels are just as good. Do the Bus tours. They are really good in this town.

the hotel is too far from Verona centro while the hotel did provide transportation to the centro area was not a convenient times no reakfast was included in hotel rate

Good Hotel for Car Travellers
You do not have to exit A4 to get to this hotel. It is ideal for anyone travelling from East to West. They also provided a limosine service into Verona at no charge. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are very comfortable.
