safe port in a storm
A severe snowstorm hit Chicago, so rather than suffer a long commute home,(as well as a 30 mile commute back in the morning), I had my wife search for a hotel close to work. Thanks to Expedia, she came up with a reasonably priced stay at this place. As I pulled in, off a busy highway..I first noticed a steep incline down into the lot. My fear was not being able to pull out of here in the AM, The young lady at the desk was fast and friendly, the only problem, was my card key wouldn’t unlock my roomdoor. After 2 trips back to the desk, I got a new room, with a new cardkey, it worked fine.The room was clean, nicely furnished, It had the basic needs, The only detriment was above the shower wall. peeled wallpaper, and some mold. Not anything real bad, bot noticable. Check out was a breeze. And the lot had been plowed all night long, It was in great shape. I made it out of the lot with no problems.

Great Hotel
Had a business meeting and stayed at the Ramada. Hotel was very nice and clean. Front Desk staff was very courteous. They went out of their way to help me out a few times. The lounge was a nice touch. The rooms were a lot more spacious than I had imagined. Breakfast was very enjoyable the next day. Definitely had a great experience.
