A little disappointed
We were disappointed when we arrived because the pool was not open. We chose this hotel primarily because they had a pool. We had another hotel in mind that was 20.00 cheaper per night but chose this one because of the pool. When we voiced our disatisfaction to the hotel clerk there was no effort to make it better with us. When a service as important as a pool is go to be out of commission, there should be an announcement on the hotel sites. Also, we were not allowed an iron in our room and there was a charge of $2.00 per item to have something pressed. I never iron anything when I pack so this could run into quite a sum of money over the 4 days we were there.

If you don’t like wrinkles in your clothes, bring an iron.

Great location and price in Frankfurt
Got a great deal on the hotel. It has a great location in Frankfurt - five minutes from the Romerplatz/Cathedrial and ten minutes from Sacshenhausn and its bars. Highly recommended.
