Very Comfortable
The hotel is very comfortable and is very well located. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My stay was very pleasant.

Beautiful location with tons of potential
Not book worthy but well beyond the norm in Puno. What they lack in service is made up with the view and quietness. They just need some employee training, new pillows and maybe a review of their food and drink pricing to be a destination hotel. Great mate tea kept us happy even at the cold, high altitude.

Will be better after construction
Hotel was under construction and our first room was very noisy. Staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to a quieter room. A plus were the cute alpacas in the garden. Food was also excellent. Hotel a bit pricy for Peru.
