A bit disappointed
Our first room had hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpets were stained. Our second room had a dirty tub and again stained carpets. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. We were just not happy with the cleanliness issues.
Rent a car if you need to get around. We would have spent $400 on cabs if we had not rented a car!

Classy Hotel
What a deligtful hotel, we were treated with great southern hospitality! This was my first visit to San Antonio, and will plan to return and of course visit the Gunter. Service and Safety is very important for two females, we were very impressed!
