Flemings Mayfair Hotel
Did not show how to use the safe. Didn’t explain how to turn on lamps. This usually occurs when your bags are delivered to the room but not here. Room facing the street was noisy at all hours. Get one away from street. Breakfast too expensive for what you received.

Great little hotel, very central location
I will definitely stay here next time I travel to London. Service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street and Regent Street. Rooms are small, but well appointed. My only minor complaint was that their free wireless internet wasn’t working in the library, but they offered me use of the internet in my room at no charge to make up for it (which is normally $20 / day).
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Grab breakfast / lunch around the corner (on Piccadilly) at Pret-a-Manger... it’s excellent and very reasonable. Henry’s (pub) around the corner (on Piccadilly) has free wireless, decent food, good after work atmosphere.

Fine accommodations
Most aspects of the stay were excellent. Only issue was internet access - insufficient instructions and not up to business travel standards.
