Not impressed at all.
Was very diappointed. Nothing at all like what was adversited. Was rated as 4 star hotel and in all fairness it was a 2.
USE THE HOPE ON HOPE OFF BUS SERVICE. YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE CITY THAT WAY.

Very Disappointed
The elevator did not work there was not a bellhop & any one to assist my party had drag 7 bags of luggage up 3 flights of stairs and back down upon check out. The lights in the stair case did not work most of the time you had feel your way up the staircase. The room structure was paper thin you can hear peolpe outside talk in the early monring 1200 am - 5 am. It sound as if they were in the room. You can hear noise in the hallway.
May sure you keep your wallet and purse close to your body. My coworked purse was stolen in the Barcelona Airport.

Small quiet room
My original reservation was for a large room on the front of the building overlooking a noisy and busy street (Spaniards stay up VERY late.) I asked to be put into a smaller (much) but quiet room. The room was adequate for one person, but would be very crowded for two. However, it was what I needed: quiet and clean.
