Good Hotel, but expected more for a 4 star.
The hotel overall was very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. If you go and est breakfast around 10:00 a.m. it can be consider a brunch because all the things they offer. The lady in charge is an excellent hostess. The room was a little too warm for what you expect, so my recommendation is to say something about it when you register so they can give you a cooler room. The man in the front desk should be more friendly and smile.

Convenient place to stay in Granada
There are probably more charming places to stay in Granada, but this hotel is very modern and in a very convenient location with parking right next door. Rooms are updated and quite spacious. Only drawback was that our bathroom smelled moldy. We spent minimal time in the bathroom, so it wasn’t a big deal. You’re a 10-15 minute walk from the Alhambra and other attractions.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you visit the Alhambra, make sure you book tickets online ahead of time. You absolutely must arrive one hour before your scheduled visit to the Palace. The make absolutely no exceptions if you are late. If you like to ski, you’ll love the Sierra Nevadas about 45 minutes away!

Only hotel with availability in Granada
The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean but it was not ideal. It was expensive for what we got, the room was depressing and dated. The bathroom was clean but tiles were cracked and old and the hair dryer looked more like a vacuum cleaner. Parkin was also difficult, when we arrived the parking lot nextdoor was full so we had to wait until someone left as driving through Granada is less than ideal! As said, we needed to stay in Granada and it was all that was left. So it worked.
