Renovated Valencia Hotel
Modern, affordable hotel close to the Valencia Trade Fair. We stayed here because it is 10 minutes driving time to the airport. If you want to be close to the city center, choose another hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Metro and a 15 minute Metro/trolley ride into the city center. Friendly and helpful staff.

Make sure you check out the Cathedral and its tower Miguelete. Stunning views of Valencia.

Ok hotel
This hotel was under construction when we were there so it was pretty dusty. The rooms were clean, but in need of some updating (which obviously was what they were in the process of doing). The staff was helpful in helping us with directions. It is quite a bit out of the way from the city center. The train is not too far from the hotel..about a 10 minute walk. The train ride seemed to be pretty long (not sure how long it actually took).
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Try to make a trip to the Lladro Factory and go on their free tour. If you love Lladro’s (or even if you don’t), you will have a much higher appreciation for them once you see the process. It’s quite impressive and we learned alot.
