Off Island
This hotel is located on Lido island which is a little distance from Venice island which is a boat ride away. Unless you stay on the main island everything is a boat ride away. We found it nice to be on Lido island in the evenings and enjoy the atmostpher and the people of Lido. This hotel had everything I found in all of the other hotels I stayed at on my vacation. wifi,clean bathroom, hairdryer.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
When you are in Venice make sure you buy a boat/bus pass for as many days you are going to stay. This pass is also good on Lido and will take you around the island. With the pass you can get on most of the boats.

Great hotel in Venice
This hotel was very close to the Palazzo Del Casino, which is a major conference venue. The location was convenient, the breakfast was quite good, and the service was excellent. A very good value for the price!

Location, I guess
I was spoiled staying at another hotel the week before near San Marco’s square. So when I got here it was a step or two down. The place was like a uninspired bed and breakfast. My room had about as much charm as the bedroom of a scholarly 17 year old boy and the breakfast was like what Mamma would make, if she raised you on packaged baked goods. It was more of a two and a half star establishment. Having said that, it was clean and affordable and a pleasant five minute walk to the beach. I think there are better deals for a few more dollars in Venice Proper if you’re doing the Venice thing, but for the beach scene it was decent and a good value. Nice beach, I have to say.
